Abstract
A checklist of Spiders found in Bhutan prepared referring to the published literature in presented in the paper. The paper is updated list of spiders of Bhutan along with their global distribution. The Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan is home to 118 species of Spiders belonging to 52 genera and 11 families. 71 of the species are endemic to Bhutan. This is the first checklist prepared by Bhutanese as earlier literature’s authors were all foreigners.
